Dr. Shavonne Ekeledo, MBA, PhD is the Founder, CEO, & Principal Consultant of ILMS. She has over 15 years of experience in finance, operations, and organization development. Dr. Ekeledo's experience, research and education gives her an impressive level of credibility, proving expertise in the field and a lifelong commitment to learning. She strives to take this experience and love of learning to assist organizations fulfill its strategic and tactical goals using an amplified knowledge, consulting, research, and leadership approach.

Prisila "Crystal" Burnett, MBA, is the marketing and Administrative Manager. She is responsible for organizing and managing the social media campaigns.
